When the items you have ordered arrive, we advise you to immediately check the integrity of the parcel and the goods themselves. If anything is amiss, please contact our Customer Service and request a refund for the costs incurred. Please visit the Refunds page for more information.
Here are some suggestions about what to check for immediately:
- check the integrity of the packaging. If there is something amiss, we suggest you do not accept the parcel from the courier, immediately informing us of this fact
- always sign the document delivered to you by the courier, adding the phrase ‘Accepted with Reservation’. In this way it will be easier for you to seek a refund for transport-related damage;
- if the parcel you receive is damaged, or the contents incomplete, take photographs of the outside and inside, and contact our Customer Service. We will explain how to send the photos and open the refund procedure.
