Right of withdrawal
If you change your mind after making an order in the Pompea Shop, and no longer want to receive the goods, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement without penalty within 14 days of receiving the item, as per art. 52 of the Consumer Code. Please contact our Customer Service
, keeping to hand the relative order code; an operator will help you with the withdrawal, alternatively you can fill in the withdrawal form and submit it via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If for whatever reason you need to return the goods received, contact our Customer Service
and keep to hand the relative order code: we will look into the matter, and check whether it is possible to initiate a return procedure in your name.
If you request is accepted, we will send you an email containing a description of the ways in which the product can be returned. You will be responsible for meeting
relative shipping costs. We will give you the possibility of having the product collected by courier, directly at the address given by you, at a cost of € 5.90,
which will be deducted from the refund total. We shall meet transport costs only when the online shop is launched
. You must be willing to meet the courier on a day from Monday to Friday, at the address given by you.
Remember to send the original packaging, otherwise we may not be able to guarantee the refund. The returned parcel must contain a copy of the Order Confirmation sent to the email address given by you or of the waybill attached to the parcel at the time of reception. COD or carriage forward parcel returns will not be allowed under any circumstances.
