What is the delivery time for my online order by courier?
If you choose the standard shipment, your delivery should arrive within 7 working days from the order date. If you choose the express shipment, your delivery should arrive within 3 working days from the order date. Pompea always makes every effort to ensure compliance with the established shipping times, but we inform you that during special events (i.e. Sales, Black Friday, etc.), the preparation of your order may be slightly delayed due to higher demand.
Can I change the shipping address?
No, it’s not possible to change the shipping address once the order has been confirmed. Please make sure you provide a correct delivery address when ordering.

How do I find my size?

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on pompea.com and in authorised Pompea stores and chains.
Pompea products are made using quality materials and designs. The transparency of the "Made in" label is an integral part of corporate communication. Counterfeit Pompea products are replicas or imitations of authentic Pompea products; they are misleading to the consumer, often of poor quality, lacking in details and are often sold at much lower prices than the value indicated on the official website pompea.com.
